What an interesting episode with Jordan Cooper of Sugartop Farms in Florida. We here so much from farmers in the North East and Pacific North West, it’s good to hear from growers in the South. So far South they take the Summer off instead of the Winter! Jordon does a wonderful job describing his unique climate context, cover cropping over the Summer to build soil out of sand, and how/why he adopted no-till out of necessity.
